Cancellation policy
Any appointments can be cancelled upto 2 hours before the appointment time without a charge.
Appointments that are cancelled upto 1 hour before the appointment time is subjected to paying 50% of the price of the service.
Any missed appointments are subjected to paying the full cost of the service missed, you may have to pay up front before your service can be booked in the future.
